Am I covered by the anti-discrimination laws?

The federal anti-discrimination laws protect against harassment, discrimination, unequal wages and firing in the workplace (employers with 15 or more employees) due to race, sex, pregnancy, disability, age, religion, ethnic background and nationality. Reverse discrimination is also protected against. That means a man can suffer actionable discrimination or harassment at work by a woman and a Caucasian can be discriminated against by a non-Caucasian in the work place.
